What is No Stranger?
No Stranger is a single-product supplement brand. We make one thing: KSM-66 Ashwagandha (500mg) + L-Theanine (200mg) capsules, dosed at the levels used in clinical research. Two ingredients, both at full therapeutic doses. No proprietary blends, no filler, no compromise.
What does "properly dosed" mean?
Most supplement brands list impressive ingredients but use tiny amounts that don't match what was studied in clinical trials. "Properly dosed" means our ingredients match the doses researchers actually used to get results. 500mg KSM-66 and 200mg L-Theanine, every capsule.
Why only two ingredients?
Because we can properly dose two ingredients instead of pixie-dusting ten. Most "comprehensive" formulas have 12 ingredients at useless amounts. We would rather give you two at clinical doses that are backed by research than a long label that looks impressive but does nothing.
How It Works
How long does it take to work?
L-Theanine promotes calm focus within 30 to 60 minutes. KSM-66 Ashwagandha builds stress resilience over 2 to 4 weeks of daily use. According to Chandrasekhar et al. (2012), published in the Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine, participants taking 600mg KSM-66 daily saw a 27.9% reduction in serum cortisol after 60 days (PMID: 23439798). Both ingredients compound with consistent daily use.
How do I take it?
One capsule daily with food. Morning is ideal for all-day stress support, but consistency matters more than timing. Take it the same time every day and let it build.
Will it make me drowsy?
No. L-Theanine promotes what researchers call "alert relaxation": calm focus without sedation. It pairs well with coffee. KSM-66 is an adaptogen that helps your body manage stress over time, not a sedative.

What is KSM-66?
KSM-66 is the most clinically studied ashwagandha extract in the world, with over 50 published trials. It is a full-spectrum root-only extract standardized to minimum 5% withanolides, manufactured by Ixoreal Biomed using a water-based extraction process with no alcohol or synthetic solvents.
Why KSM-66 instead of generic ashwagandha?
Generic ashwagandha powder typically contains 0.5 to 2% withanolides with inconsistent quality and often includes leaf material. KSM-66 guarantees 5%+ withanolides, uses root only, and has batch-to-batch consistency backed by 50+ clinical studies. Most supplements you have tried before likely used generic powder at a fraction of the clinical dose.
The studies used 600mg. Why do you use 500mg?
The primary studies used 600mg split across two daily doses (300mg twice daily). Our 500mg single dose is well within the effective range and still 2 to 3 times what most competitors offer at 150 to 300mg of generic powder.
