Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends are processed the following business day.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may extend to 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping methods for US orders:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS) -- $4.95 -- Estimated 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) -- $14.95 -- Estimated 2 business days
- Subscription Orders -- FREE standard shipping on all recurring subscription orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date you place the order. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes both processing and shipping time.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@trynostranger.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update your address. If it has already shipped, we will work with the carrier to attempt a redirect, though this is not guaranteed.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account.
Our packages are delivered by USPS and UPS. Depending on the shipping method you choose, your package may require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are not received.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property -- sometimes packages are left in unexpected locations
- Check with neighbors or anyone else at your address who may have accepted the delivery
- Wait 24 hours -- in rare cases, tracking updates can lag behind actual delivery
- Contact us if the package has not appeared after 24 hours
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as regular orders -- within 1-2 business days of the subscription renewal date. You will receive a tracking email each time your subscription order ships.
You can manage your subscription shipping address and shipping method through your account dashboard. All subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping.
If you need to change your subscription delivery address after an order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier, but address changes on already-shipped orders cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, including to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.
If you are located outside the United States and would like to be notified if international shipping becomes available, please sign up for our newsletter or contact us at support@trynostranger.com.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days using standard shipping. Expedited shipping arrives in approximately 2 business days.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@trynostranger.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address. If it has already shipped, we will attempt to redirect it through the carrier, though this cannot be guaranteed.

We currently ship to US street addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Yes -- all subscription (recurring) orders qualify for free standard shipping. For one-time orders, standard shipping is $4.95 and expedited shipping is $14.95.
