Order Processing
Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. -
Shipping Methods & Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. We may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers. -
Delivery Estimates
Any quoted transit times are estimates. Weather, carrier volumes, and other events can cause delays outside our control. -
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. -
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a tracking link when your order ships. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. If you suspect theft or mis‑delivery, please contact the carrier first and then email us. -
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are fulfilled on your selected cadence. You can manage your plan (change date, skip, pause, cancel) from your account portal or by emailing support@trynostranger.com before your renewal processes. -

Yes, when the selected service supports it (e.g., USPS). -
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us ASAP. If the order has not shipped, we will update it; otherwise carrier intercept fees may apply or it may not be possible.
