TL;DR

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Carrier timing: Typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. (estimates only).

  • Where we ship: United States only at this time.

  • Fees: Calculated at checkout. Tracking provided via email.

  • Subscriptions: Ship on your chosen schedule; you can pause/skip/cancel anytime before the next charge.

Full Policy

  1. Order Processing
    Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

  2. Shipping Methods & Rates
    Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. We may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers.

  3. Delivery Estimates
    Any quoted transit times are estimates. Weather, carrier volumes, and other events can cause delays outside our control.

  4. Address Accuracy
    Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.

  5. Tracking & Delivery
    You will receive a tracking link when your order ships. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. If you suspect theft or mis‑delivery, please contact the carrier first and then email us.

  6. Subscriptions
    Subscription orders are fulfilled on your selected cadence. You can manage your plan (change date, skip, pause, cancel) from your account portal or by emailing support@trynostranger.com before your renewal processes.

  7. International Shipping
    We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping FAQ

    • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
      Yes, when the selected service supports it (e.g., USPS).

    • Can I change my address after ordering?
      Email us ASAP. If the order has not shipped, we will update it; otherwise carrier intercept fees may apply or it may not be possible.
