Return & Refund Policy

TL;DR

  • Window: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unopened bottles only (safety seal intact) unless item arrived damaged/defective.

  • How: Get an RMA by emailing support@trynostranger.com with your order # and reason.

  • Who pays shipping: If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we cover it. Otherwise, the customer covers return shipping.

  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Full Policy

  1. Eligibility
    For safety and quality control, dietary supplements that are opened, used, or missing safety seals are not eligible for return or refund. Unopened product in resellable condition may be returned within 60 days of delivery (per the tracking record). Free gifts, promotional items, and final‑sale items are non‑returnable.

  2. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
    Email support@trynostranger.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, lot/expiration code (bottom of bottle), and the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost once verified.

  3. RMA & Return Steps

    • Email support@trynostranger.com for your RMA.

    • Pack the item securely (ideally in original packaging).

    • Write the RMA on the outside of the box and ship to: [Return Center Address].

    • Use a trackable method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

  4. Refund Method & Timing
    Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we were at fault. Please allow 5–10 business days after delivery to our return center for processing; your bank/issuer may take additional time to post funds.

  5. Exchanges
    Exchanges are limited to damaged/defective/incorrect items for the same product. Otherwise, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

  6. Quality & Authenticity
    For safety, we only accept returns purchased directly from trynostranger.com. If you bought through a third‑party marketplace or retailer, please contact them directly under their policy.

    No. For safety reasons we cannot accept opened dietary supplements.
