1) Agreement & Eligibility
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and No Stranger LLC ("No Stranger," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing trynostranger.com, buying our products, subscribing, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to place orders.
2) Products & Health Disclaimer
Our flagship product is a dietary supplement: KSM‑66® Ashwagandha (500 mg) + L‑Theanine (200 mg) per serving. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on our site is for educational purposes only and not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement—especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications. Use only as directed on the label. Keep out of reach of children.
3) Orders, Pricing, & Payment
We may limit or refuse any order. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout as applicable. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown. We may correct pricing or availability errors even after an order is submitted; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund if you do not agree to the corrected terms.
4) Subscriptions
If you enroll in a subscription, your plan will auto‑renew at the stated interval until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method until cancellation. You can manage, skip, pause, or cancel anytime in your account or by emailing support@trynostranger.com before your next renewal is processed. Changes to product price or shipping will apply to future renewals with notice.
5) Shipping, Risk of Loss, & Title
See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates.

7) User Content (Reviews, Comments)
If you post a review or submit feedback, you grant No Stranger a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for store operations and marketing (including on our site, emails, and ads). You warrant you own your content and it doesn’t infringe others’ rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates these Terms.
8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and code—is owned by No Stranger or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes).
10) Third‑Party Services
We may link to third‑party sites or use third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.
11) Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO STRANGER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold No Stranger harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services or products.
14) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
Governing law: The laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts rules.
Venue: State or federal courts located in [County], Texas (unless arbitration applies). You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days after written notice.
Arbitration (optional; admin to confirm before publishing). Except for small‑claims or injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules. Class actions are not permitted. You may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing support@trynostranger.com with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out.” If this clause is not desired, delete this paragraph before publishing.
15) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
